TAKI’s Mother CO. was Established in 1960 and Taki Vita Co. under the investment law 1976.with 60% Egyptian shares and 40% British shares. However, today 100% of the shares are Egyptian and it is the largest foam and mattresses manufacturer in Egypt and Middle East, and started car seat manufacturing 1997.
1- Over the past years, the company has been striving to constantly meet and exceed customer expectation, not only was TAKI VITA CO. a first mover in furniture industry , foam production , mattress production , and medical pillows all of which are produced according to the international standard specifications .
2- The company is certified for Iso Certificates : ( ISO 14001 : 2004 ) since 2001 , (ISO 9001 : 2008) since 1998 , ISO for car seat quality (ISO TS 16949 : 2009 ) since 2010 and certificate occupational health and safety assessment series ( OHSAS 18001 : 2007 ) since 2010 .

Social Responsibility
TAKI acts as an active member within its community keeping its social share for our country Egypt and exceeding our role in big events. TAKI gives donations to hospitals, charities, orphanages as Hoda Sharawy Charity, Muslim Ladies Charity, Resala Charity , Ressala charity , Red Crescent charity , Health improvement charity , Nada charity and Right to survive charity taking in consideration the social activity towards suffering people.
Also Taki contributed to improve the educational level, so Taki built Three Experimental schools from Baby Garden to Secondary level under the names of Sara TakiAllah Helmy School, Hend TakiAllah Helmy School and TakiAllah Helmy School.
Regarding Hospitals Taki contributed at for example: Naser Institute hospital, Al Gallaa educational hospital, Dar Al Shefa hospital and Al Hussain University hospital.
TAKI is consciously contributed during challenging times without instructions or recommendations as happened at Upper Egypt Nile overflow Taki sent 5000 mattresses and 5000 pillows for the refuges.
